ASH Thermal Grease
ASH thermal grease is a highly thermally conductive insulating silicone material with excellent electrical insulation, excellent thermal conductivity, low oil separation, high and low-temperature resistance, water resistance, ozone resistance, and weather resistance. It can be widely applied to the contact surface between the heating element and the heat dissipation facilities (heat sink, heat dissipation strip, casing, etc.) in various electronic products and electrical equipment, acting as a heat transfer medium and providing moisture-proof, dust-proof, anti-corrosion, and anti-vibration functions.

Precautions for Use:
- This product is packaged in wide-mouth plastic jars with a packaging specification of 1kg/bottle. Customized packaging specifications are also available upon request.
- This product can maintain excellent performance within the temperature range of (-40~200°C). It can be used at 250°C for a short time. However, at low and high temperatures, the performance of the material in certain special applications can become very complex, so additional factors need to be considered.
- The substrate surface must be clean and dry. If there is oil, black oxide film, or spots on the surface, it should be cleaned, such as wiping the surface with acetone or isopropyl alcohol.
- On a clean and dry surface, users can choose the appropriate operation method according to their needs, such as brushing, scraping, or rolling.
- After use, this product should be sealed and stored for reuse.
