Precautions for Use:
- Red glue should be stored at 2-8°C in a cool and dry place. The shelf life is 6 months from the date of production.
- Refrigerated red glue must be returned to room temperature before use. 30g syringes require 1 hour, and 200g packages require 24 hours. A glue tank or dispensing nozzle temperature of 25°C-30°C helps improve high-speed dispensing performance.
- To avoid contaminating unused glue, do not pour any glue back into the original packaging.
- If the glue is exposed to the air, it will absorb trace amounts of moisture, which will affect its performance. Therefore, avoid this as much as possible. When screen printing, do not leave the printed circuit board with red glue in the air for too long. Mount and cure the components as soon as possible. If possible, control the air humidity.
