ASH Peelable Glue

ASH peelable glue is a touch screen-specific protective product made from imported raw materials. It complies with the EU RoHS environmental protection standard and is mainly used for insulation, acid resistance, moisture resistance, and protection of touch screens. It can be screen-printed on PET, ITO conductive film, and ITO glass to protect the above materials from contamination or scratches during the production process.

Precautions for Use:

  1. This product is heat-sensitive and should be kept away from heat sources, moisture, fire, and leakage. Store in a cool, dry environment at a temperature of 10-25°C. The validity period is three months.
  2. Stir the peelable glue thoroughly before use to reduce burrs and overflow during the printing process. Different film thicknesses can be obtained by printing with screens of different mesh counts and different film thicknesses. For ITO surface protective film applications, it is recommended to choose a film thickness of 40-60μm and print with a 150-200 mesh screen.
  3. After opening and using this product, tighten the lid to avoid moisture and impurities from affecting the quality. Do not pour the unused remaining glue back into the package to avoid contaminating the unused glue.
