ASH Conformal Coating
ASH Conformal Coating is a moisture-proof and insulating material for PCB-mounted electronic devices or various electronic products (such as hybrid integrated circuits). It does not contain aromatic hydrocarbon solvents such as toluene and xylene, has a low odor, short surface drying time, and forms a transparent protective layer after curing. It has excellent high and low-temperature resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, and other electrical properties. It is widely used in various electronic components and assembled circuit boards, and can fully protect circuit boards from various chemical corrosion, salt spray, humidity, dust, high and low temperatures, and other harsh environments without affecting their performance.

AC-UV401 | Transparent Liquid | 1.06±0.02 | 98±0.02 | Safe and environmentally friendly, UV + moisture dual curing. | Mainly used in automobiles, ships, aerospace, communications, instrumentation, and industrial control equipment involving high temperatures. |
Precautions for Use:
- Conformal coating packaging specifications are 5L/can or 20L/drum.
- Store in a dry and well-ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight. The shelf life is 6 months.
- When used in humid seasons, the board surface may sometimes turn white due to moisture absorption, but this can be eliminated by applying a small amount of heat during the drying process.
- When handling materials in areas with partial or full exhaust, wear safety glasses and gloves.
